responsibilities & accomplishments

  • coordinated presentation of 25 staged readings, including recruiting local companies
  • scheduled events
  • communicated with Festival artists including Edward Albee
  • organized enrichment events for audience and participating artists
  • assisted with budgeting the Festival
  • created the College Classroom program to connect Washington, DC faculty with the Edward Albee Festival and provide resources to integrate the Festival in the classroom
  • contributed to Development activities, including grant-writing for the Edward Albee Festival
  • contributed to Artistic Development activities, including assisting with new play workshops and resident playwright activities
